Quality Processes

Creating quality outcomes through quality processes

ICT has forged a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes. Our consistent success is not achieved by accident – it is derived from having comprehensive, up-to-date quality systems and protocols in place and fostering a culture where sticking to them is the norm.
We understand that engineering is more than just problem solving … great solutions demand not only highly co-ordinated work by many people, but great attention to detail to ensure that the ultimate deliverables are correct.

At ICT we take quality assurance very, very seriously. Our clients invest in high-quality solutions and it is our responsibility (professionally and morally) to ensure that they get what they pay for. For that reason our quality systems go beyond compliance, underpinning our service methodologies at every point.

ICT has achieved (and continues to maintain) Quality Assurance accreditation to Australian and International Standard ISO 9001. The requirements of these standards are embodied in ICT's Quality Assurance Procedures and in the specific Quality Plans prepared and implemented for each project.

An in-house ICT-appointed Quality Manager; ensures adherence to plans, guidelines and regulations, ensures that client and third-party standards are integrated into the relevant plans and that regular internal and external audits are conducted. ICT's enterprise-wide commitment to quality is evident in our work practices, professional development focus, emphasis on comprehensive documentation and, most of all, our consistently high-calibre outputs.
