The ICT Team
Control Systems Engineer
Richard joined ICT in October 2006 with a very impressive career pedigree. Beginning as a maintenance electrician at BHP Wire Products, he then completed a science degree before working with Telstra as a LAN specialist and computer programmer. He then moved to IBM where he notched up a decade as an IT specialist.
I enjoy working with new technology and seeing how it can improve the way we do things. At ICT the drive is to provide the best solution for our clients at the cheapest cost to them and this will typically require innovative use of current and emerging technologies, which fits well with what I enjoy doing.
Richard’s mix of electrical and computing expertise adds a unique dimension and depth to the ICT team. Since joining ICT he has become experienced in CAD, HMI Panel configuration and PLC programming.
Richard offers maturity, confidence and a complimentary skills set that enables us to further value-add to our client projects using this broader in-house expertise.
